Creative Flow is a source of energy and vitality that comes naturally to children but often becomes blocked in adults. Once recontacted, this energy flows into all aspects of our lives, creating powerful change and opening new possibilities for healing, growth, and life experience.
I do not believe we need to wait until we are “fixed” to start being who we really are. My workshops are an invitation to start now.
Without supportive spaces for men and masculine identifying people, underdeveloped versions of masculinity rise to prominence and do damage to our selves and our societies.
Men’s work provides structured spaces for men to transform themselves into self-aware, self-disciplined, empowered and trustworthy leaders. It is men taking personal responsibility for their roles in society, doing the hard work of healing generational trauma and its victim/victimizer wound, and ultimately learning to call in other men on this journey.
